Congratulations on your child’s enrollment to Coastline Christian Academy. The final process of enrollment is to complete the tuition agreement part. Please read the below tuition agreement carefully, sign and submit. Please know your scholarship is contingent upon the school receiving your child’s award letter. We require an annual commitment for your child and unless it is a military/work move, we reserve the right to require the remaining balance of tuition and any other outstanding fees. We appreciate your prayerful consideration in completing the enrollment process and yearly commitment to our school. Any fees not paid by the scholarship or if a child is deemed ineligible, I understand that I may be required to pay fees. We are so excited for the start of next year and looking forward to partnering with your family as we work together to support your child’s spiritual and academic growth. I have read and agree to the above policies.
SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coastline Christian Academy bases its employee ratio by the enrollment numbers. By signing this agreement you are making a yearly commitment and agreeing to the annual tuition and non-refundable fees. If a child is suspended during the school year, tuition will not be prorated. If a student is transferred out during the school year, tuition will be due on a prorated basis reflecting the last day of the month in which the transfer out took place. OUTSTANDING BALANCES: We understand that report cards and transcripts may be held on accounts with outstanding balances. SCHOOL POLICIES: We agree that we as parents, as well as student(s) will honor and be bound by the policies, rules and regulations of Coastline Christian Academy. I have read and agree to the above policies.

SCHOOL PRE-AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

I have been given the option to complete Coastline Christian Academy Forms electronically. I have chosen to submit my child’s required Forms with an electronic signature. By typing in my name in any and all of the Forms available to me here, I am completing the parent signature field on the Forms with an electronic signature. My electronic signature certifies that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Forms. If I would prefer to print and sign a paper copy or if I do not want my Forms to be submitted electronically in the future, I can discontinue the use of electronic Forms by notifying Coastline Christian Academy in writing, and submitting paper copies to the School. By submitting your electronic signature on the School Forms you understand and agree with the following statements: I have agreed to conduct my transactions, Forms, and paperwork with Coastline Christian Academy by electronic means. I authorize Coastline Christian Academy to rely on my electronic signatures and I understand that they have legal binding effect. I understand and acknowledge that I can receive and retain a record of all Forms I am signing by printing them or storing them on my computer. If I choose to terminate this authorization, I will notify Coastline Christian Academy in writing, but I understand that any termination of this authorization will not relieve me of my obligations under the previously signed Forms.
